Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping across the EU takes 2–4 business days. International (UK, US, Switzerland) takes 4–7 business days. Each order is shipped from our Ljubljana warehouse and tracked end-to-end.

Is shipping free?

Express EU shipping is complimentary on orders over €300. Below this threshold, a flat €25 ships across the EU. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

What is the return policy?

30-day returns on all full-price pieces. Sale pieces are final sale. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt; refunds appear in 3–7 days depending on payment method.

How do I return an item?

Sign into your account, find the order, and select "Return". A pre-paid label will be emailed to you. Drop the parcel at any DHL Express point. Returns are free for EU customers; international customers pay return shipping.

Can I exchange instead of return?

We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return the original piece and place a new order. The two transactions process independently. If you're unsure about sizing, our stylists can help — book an appointment via this page.

Sizing & Fit

How do Saint77 sizes run?

European designer sizing is unforgiving. As a rule of thumb: most pieces fit true to size. Italian houses (Casa Livia, Milano Forma) tend to run slightly smaller — consider sizing up. French houses (Maison Aurelle, Beau Cygne) cut closer to standard EU sizing. Each product page includes specific notes from our buyers.

Can I see size measurements?

Yes. Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements, model height and worn-size, and care instructions. If you need more detail, write to care@saint77.com with the piece you're looking at — we'll send you the full spec sheet.

What if I'm between sizes?

For tailoring (coats, blazers, trousers), we typically recommend sizing up — most pieces can be subtly recut by a good tailor. For knitwear and dresses, sizing down is often better. Our stylists can advise specifically — please ask before ordering.

Care & Authenticity

How should I care for my Saint77 piece?

Each piece arrives with a care card specific to its construction. As a general rule: dry-clean wools and silks once per season, hand-wash cashmere in cold water and lay flat to dry, condition leather goods twice a year with a neutral cream. Detailed instructions are on our leather care guide.

Are Saint77 pieces authentic?

Yes — every piece is sourced directly from the designer atelier or its authorised European partners. We do not work with third-party resellers, marketplaces or grey-market suppliers. Each piece arrives with documentation including the maker, mill, year and origin city.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at care@saint77.com with photographs. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund. We've never had to invoke this clause more than three times in our history — but it's there.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to shop?

No — you can checkout as a guest. An account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access your wishlist across devices.

How do you handle my data?

Saint77 is GDPR-compliant. We collect only what we need to process orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond shipping and payment processing. Full policy: Privacy Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna (3 instalments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We do not store full card details on our servers.
